Summary Measures of the Foreign Exchange Value of the Dollar

Note: The currency weights used to compute the summary measures are updated and revised annually, but in unusual circumstances the weights may be revised at other times as well. Adjustments to the weights will likely result in changes to past values of the nominal and real indexes. Currency weights and index values were last revised on February 3, 2005.

Bilateral dollar exchange rates are available from the Board's H.10 (weekly) and G.5 (monthly) statistical releases.
